2. About Motosloan
Motosloan is a marketplace and affiliate platform that connects vehicle dealers, promoters, and buyers. Motosloan facilitates lead generation and sales opportunities but is not the seller, buyer, owner, or financing provider of listed vehicles.
3. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful vehicle information.
- Possess legal ownership or authorization to sell listed vehicles.
- Maintain valid business licenses and required documents.
- Update vehicle availability promptly.
- Report successful sales generated through Motosloan.
- Pay agreed service fees after successful sales according to the dealer agreement or MOU.
Dealers are solely responsible for the legality, quality, condition, and documentation of vehicles they list.
4. Promoter Responsibilities
Promoters agree to:
- Promote listings ethically and legally.
- Provide accurate information to potential buyers.
- Avoid misleading advertisements or false promises.
- Comply with social media platform policies and applicable laws.
- Not impersonate dealers, buyers, or Motosloan representatives.
Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for:
- Verifying vehicle condition before purchase.
- Reviewing ownership and legal documentation.
- Conducting independent inspections where necessary.
- Completing transactions directly with the dealer.
6. Fees and Payments
- Dealers pay service fees only for successful sales generated through Motosloan.
- Service fees and commission structures may be updated with prior notice.
- Commission payments to promoters are subject to successful sale verification.
- Motosloan reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud, disputes, or policy violations.
7. Vehicle Transactions
Motosloan does not:
- Take ownership of vehicles.
- Guarantee vehicle quality or condition.
- Participate in payment transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Guarantee that a listing will result in a sale.
All purchase agreements are made directly between buyers and dealers.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- List stolen vehicles.
- Use forged, altered, or illegal documents.
- Submit false leads or fake transactions.
- Manipulate commission systems.
- Engage in fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
- Interfere with platform operations or security.
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Lead Tracking and Monitoring
Motosloan may track:
- Lead submissions
- Listing activities
- Sales reporting
- User communications related to platform operations
This information is used to improve services, verify transactions, and prevent fraud.
10. Intellectual Property
The Motosloan name, logo, software, design, content, and technology are the property of Motosloan and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Motosloan is not liable for:
- Vehicle defects or damages.
- Disputes between buyers and dealers.
- Financing approval decisions.
- Losses arising from user misconduct.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Users participate on the platform at their own risk.
12. Account Suspension
Motosloan may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Damage the reputation or operation of the platform.
13. Changes to Terms
Motosloan may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia.
